Competitors must be Saudi Nationals |

Competitors must not be older than twenty one (21) years old in the year of the
competition (birth date not before January 1989). |

Competitors must not have any physical disabilities or ill health, e.g. recent
eye operations or the use of contact lenses. |

Competitors should be capable of welding in all positions, e.g. horizontal,
vertical, flat, and overhead. |

| Competitors should be able to weld using
various processes. |
