The administration of Jubail Technical Institute, represented by the Students Affairs Department, has always been keen on extending communication bridges between the Institute and the parents and guardians of the students. The Housing Unit at the Institute has organized a meeting with the parents and guardians on Monday, 20/7/1438 AH. During the meeting, after welcoming the parents and guardians and having breakfast, an introductory movie was played about Jubail Technical Institute and its specialties and services. Then, the Student Affairs Officer, Dr. Saad Al-Harbi, delivered a speech through which he addressed the difficulties faced by the students in their educational journey at the Institute, as well as some significant academic matters and issues relating to the students, and the importance of being aware of the same by the parents and guardians. After that, the parents and guardians went on an introductory tour that included the admission and registration unit, through which they learned about the system of registration and removal of materials and the matters relating to absences of the students and their academic level, followed by a tour through the students' accommodation and the recreational facilities including courts and halls, and finally the library of the Institute and its services and teaching aids. 

The meeting concluded with a luncheon that brought together the parents, guardians, academics and administrators of Jubail Technical Institute, and the Director of the Institute, Eng. Abdullah Fahd Al-Huzaim, gave souvenirs to the parents and guardians and thanked them for their attendance and interaction. It is noteworthy that the visit was very productive and well-liked by the parents and guardians.
