Under the patronage of His Excellency the Secretary General of the High Commission for Industrial Security, Jubail Technical Institute, and SABIC celebrated the graduation of a group of trainees of the first batch of the Industrial Security Skills Development Program of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) on Wednesday 19/9/2018. In the presence of His Excellency the Director General of the Colleges and Institutes Sector at the Royal Commission in Jubail, Managing Director of Jubail Technical Institute and a number of SABIC Vice Presidents.
The program, which was adopted by the General Secretariat of the High Commission for Industrial Security, includes a number of professional training programs over a period of six months, as required by the nature of the job of the industrial security skills. Language, security sciences, knowledge of the rules and procedures of occupational safety, risk prevention, self-defense and fitness, as well as self-development programs such as effective communication skills and interpersonal skills so that the industrial security employee can perform his duties effectively.
These programs are an extension of the strategic partnership between Jubail Technical Institute and SABIC to contribute to the development and rehabilitation of national citizens in line with the vision 2030.
