Benefits for Employees of Jubail Technical Institute

Appointment Allowance
Upon employment the employee shall be paid the following
_ The lowest-cost Saudi Arabian airline ticket from point of origin to contract location and vice -versa upon contract completion) for employee and authorized dependands.
_ A family status employee shall receive half month's salary upon arrival on site ,and the other half upon arrival of his dependants. However ,he shall not be entitled to this allowance if rehired within one year after his last service with Royal commission.
_ A single status employee shall receive half a month's salary upon arrival on site
Housing
Upon arrival at the employment location
_ The employee shall be given free family or single status housing for which he is eligible under prevailing housing policy, but subject to any change in his marital or employment status ,for the duration of employment.
_ Upon termination of employment ,the employee shall return over the housing unit within the period of notice of termination, or if termination is without notice, in not more than 15 days. The employee's occupancy of the housing unit shall be subject to rules and regulations of the Royal Commission.
_ He shall further be responsible for maintenance ,loss and damage to the housing unit.
Medical Treatment
Upon employment
_ The employee and his authorized dependants will be provided medical treatment in accordance with the regulations in effect at both Royal commission and ministry of health medical facilities.
Education  
Upon arrival at the employment location
 

Education is provided free of charge to authorized dependant children enrolled in the equivalent of us grades one through nine for non-Arabic speaking dependants ,and from the first to the twelfth grade in government schools for Arabic speaking dependants who live on site
