          What does the word Millwright mean ?
Linguistically - One that designs, builds, or repairs mills or mill machinery
Technically   - A workman who designs, erects, operates, and / or maintains Industrial processing plants and installs or repairs heavy machinery.
          What does Millwrights do ?

The millwrights fit bearings, align gears, and wheels, attach motors, and connect belts according to the manufacturers’ specifications. Precision leveling and alignment are important to getting the job right, and once the machinery is put into operation, the millwrights perform preventive maintenance and fix broken or malfunctioning parts. Millwrights are also capable of performing all types of Predictive Maintenance and Pro-active Maintenance.
