A milestone in support to entrepreneurs & SME’s at Eastern province !!

On Sunday, June 27th 2010, the Industrial Development Center ( IDC) represented by Eng. Abdullah M. Al Ahmari & Al Sharqia Chamber of Commerce which represented by Mr. Adnan Al Naim signed a memorandum of understanding. This MOU is considered as an indication to the start of cooperation between (IDC) & Al Sharqia chamber which will result in providing entrepreneurs with Technical / administrative support by hosting regular training programs for the next three years.

IDC is one of JTI ( Jubail Technical Institute) divisions which is concerned in providing a designed programs to accelerate the successful development of entrepreneurial technical companies through an array of business support & services.

Eng. Abdullah bin Mohammed Ahmari, Director of Jubail Technical Institute, advised that such initiative is considered as valuable opportunity to boost the relationship between Educational / training sector & Al Sharqia Chamber which will result in providing entrepreneurs whom operate in technical fields with well based services.

In his role, Mr. Adnan M. Al Naim (secretary general of Al Sharqia Chamber) advised that Al sharqia is keen on building cooperation with JTI due to its vast reputation as premium service provider to Technical / vocational training as well as good place to provide highly skilled national workforce.

The scope of MOU is chiefly focused on the provision of administrative consultations, training & financial services , logistic support to each project. In addition to that, it does enable Al Sharqia Chamber to utilize JTI premises to organize regular training event which target entrepreneurs within Jubail city.

The signatory ceremony was attended by Adel Al Sarami (assistant to secretary general for economical affairs), Dr. Nabil Shalaby ( Manager for Al Sharqia SMES) , Mr. Saad S. Al Dossary ( acting section head – Industrial relations) Mr. Ali O. Al Sanad ( Supervisor – IDC).
 

مركز التنمية الصناعية يوقع مذكرة تفاهم مع غرفة الشرقية لدعم المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودعم المبادرين

وقع مركز التنمية الصناعية امس الاحد 27 يونيو 2010 وغرفة الشرقية مذكرة تفاهم كإشارة لبدء تعاون بين مركز التنمية الصناعية بالجبيل والغرفة لدعم المبادرين وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتنظيم البرامج التدريبية المشتركة بتقديم الدعم الفني والاستشاري والتنسيق الإداري في الندوات والبرامج التدريبية الخاصة لثلاثة اعوام.

وقد مثل مركز التنمية في التوقيع المهندس عبد الله بن محمد الأحمري مدير معهد الجبيل التقني ومن غرفة الشرقية امينها العام عدنان بن عبدالله النعيم.

وتهدف المذكرة الى تعاون الغرفة في ترشيح مستشارين لتقديم الاستشارات الإدارية والمالية والتسويقية لكل مشروع وتسهيل التعامل معهم و تيسير الإستفادة من الخدمات التدريبية التي يعقدها مركز تنمية المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة لدى الغرفة وتنظيم لقاءات دورية بين الطرفين من أجل التعرف على التحديات التي يواجهها أصحاب المشاريع بالمركز وكيفية التغلب عليها والمساعدة في تقديم المحاضرات وورش العمل التي سيعقدها المركز خلال فترة المذكرة بموضوعات تخدم المستفيدين من المركز.

ويلتزم المركز بتوفير القاعات والتسهيلات المطلوبة لتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل والمحاضرات المتفق عليها وترشيح متدربين للبرامج التدريبية التي يعقدها مركز تنمية المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة لدى الطرف الأول وإبراز دور مركز تنمية المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة بغرفة الشرقية في محيط مدينة الجبيل من خلال البرامج والفعاليات التي يعقدها مركز التنمية الصناعية والنظر في تقديم الدعم والتسهيلات لرعاية أنشطة مركز تنمية المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة في حالة استفادة رواد الأعمال والمنشآت الصغيرة في الجبيل من تلك الأنشطة والمساعدة في جدولة البرامج التدريبية وفق خطط تدريبية محددة زمنياُ حال طلب منها ذلك .

وقال الاحمري ان توقيع الاتفاقية يعتبر فرصة ثمينة ان يلتقي قطاع التعليم والتدريب مع غرفة التجارة ليتمخض مايحقق الفائدة للرواد والمستثمرين في المنطقة على اسس مدروسة .

من جهته قال النعيم بأن الغرفة حريصة على ان يكون هناك تعاون مع معهد الجبيل الذي عرف بتقديم الخدمة لمستفيديه بجودة عالية وايضا دعم الشركات بالكفاءات الوطنية المدربة والمؤهلة وقال : اعتقد بان المعهد دخل دائرة اوسع من خلال مباداراته في تبني دعم المشاريع الصغيرة والحاضنات الصناعية وذلك لتأهيل المبادرين مما يسهم في تعزيز ثقافة العمل الحر.

كما حضر اللقاء من الغرفة عادل الصرامي مساعد الامين العام للشؤون الاقتصادية والدكتور نبيل شلبي مدير مركز المنشات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومحمد الزهراني مشرف وحدة تطوير رواد الأعمال ومن معهد الجبيل علي عثمان السند مشرف مركز التنمية الصناعية وسعد سالم الدوسري من قسم العلاقات الصناعية
 

Under the patronage of His Excellency General Manager of colleges and institutes of the Royal Commission in Jubail, Dr. Ali Bin Hassan Asiri and the presence of officials of the Royal Commission and the heads of government departments, companies and business and industry, Open House began last Monday 14/6/2010 and continues for three days in Jubail Technical Institute of the Royal Commission (JTI).

JTI is seeking, through the Open House, to show visitors several things including: the role JTI plays in the qualification and training young Saudis, JTI’s training programs and disciplines, skills provided by students of JTI. In addition, JTI seeks to let visitors watch student activities and their impact on refining the skills of students, and to watch technical equipments serving the training process. This event also aims to build the communication and networking system between JTI and industrial companies to introduce the Institute and to improve output, as well as familiarizing students with various stages of education disciplines and areas of training institute and watch some of the projects and practical exercises carried out by students.

Director of JTI, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Ahmari said that the JTI looks forward to actively contributing to meeting the needs of the labor market in the industrial field of Saudi youth training, and to the participation of educational institutions in the development of human resources for the productive sectors in line with the directives of officials of the Royal Commission and are keen to provide and facilitate all the possibilities to serve the citizens and industry, which requires intensive efforts to reach global standards.
 

ويسعى المعهد من خلاله إلى تعريف الزائر على عدة أمور من أهمها: تقديم الطلاب للأعمال والإنجازات وكذلك الدور الذي يقوم به المعهد في تأهيل وتدريب الشباب السعودي، وإلى برامجه التدريبية والتخصصات والمهارات التي يقدمها ويتدرب عليها طلاب المعهد، وكذلك الأنشطة الطلابية وأثرها على صقل مهارات الطلاب،والتجهيزات الفنية التي تخدم العملية التدريبية، كما أن هذا الأسبوع يهدف إلى التواصل بين المعهد والشركات الصناعية للتعريف بما يقدمه المعهد وكيفية العمل على تحسين المخرجات وايضاً تعريف طلاب مراحل التعليم المختلفة بتخصصات ومجالات التدريب بالمعهد ومشاهدة بعض المشاريع والتدريبات العملية المباشرة التي ينفذها الطلاب.
