Dr. Mark Bradley,
general manager of APTUS Strategy Advisor at CREEDA, visited the Institute, in
the period from 22/4/1430 to 25/4/1430 within a plan of action for the business
incubators Jubail Industrial and met with industrial incubators team headed by
Dr. Ahmed Dabroom.
The purpose of the visit is to complete the initial study of perception and
reality of the Jubail industrial city of and how to cope with the work plan of
the Institute for the incubators to the general policy directions incubators in
Saudi Arabia through the Bader incubator at King Abdul Aziz City for Science and
Technology in Riyadh. CREEDA company is the operator of the current incubators
at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology. |

Student of JTI Toastmasters
club makes History

Faisal Al-Dossary, a
student member of JTI Toastmasters club made history by standing ‘First’ at the
Division level Humorous Speech contest held in Jubail on 16th April. He competed
against six veteran toastmasters from around the Eastern Province. Faisal is
going to represent the Eastern Province at the District level contest in U.A.E.
by the end of May. If he wins at the District Level, he will represent the
Middle East at the International Convention in Georgia, US.

The Chairman Of Royal Commission Visit

The chairman of the Royal Commission FOR Jubail and Yanbu, visited JTI on
Tuesday 4/04/1430
He was received by Dr. Musleh Al-Otaibi, acting director of the Jubail Technical
Institute and officials of the Institute, where he toured the facilities of the
Institute's workshops ,equipments, and he met where the winners of the national
welding competition 2009 urged them to exert more efforts then visited the
residence of the students , where he met students and exchanged friendly talks .
He was accompanied with His Excellency the Director General of Royal
Commission and DDGs along with some of the department directors of
the Royal Commission

National welding skill competition 2009

Under of patronage of HE Engr.Jassem AL-Hejji, Director General of RC .
JTI held a closing ceremony of national welding skill competition on last
Wednesday 25 March,2009.
During the ceremony the winner Mohammed Saeed Al-Ghamdi was awarded with a gold
medal and nominated to participate in the world contest which will be held in
Canada summer 2009.
